- Focus on creating and maintaining a daily routine that prioritizes activities promoting personal wellness, such as adequate sleep, regular exercise, and healthy eating habits.

- Workers learn techniques to challenge negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Cognitive distortions are reframed, encouraging positive self-talk and self-compassion.
Week 6: Behavior Activation
- Identify activities that uplift mood and engage in pleasurable or fulfilling tasks regularly. Setting small, achievable goals and tracking progress are emphasized to maintain motivation.
Week 7: Stress Management
- Stress management techniques, including deep breathing exercises & mindfulness practices, are introduced to cope with stress effectively and integrate relaxation into daily routine.
Week 8: Improving Relationships
- Explore healthy communication skills and conflict resolution to enhance relationships. Workers will work on improving strained relationships and expressing their needs assertively.
Week 9: Exploring Self-Care and Pleasure
- The importance of self-care activities for mental well-being are discussed, encouraging workers to prioritize activities that bring joy and fulfillment into their lives.
Week 10: Relapse Prevention and Planning
- Workers will develop a relapse prevention plan, identifying triggers and warning signs of relapse and establishing strategies to maintain progress beyond the program.

- With the completion of the program, participants will engage in a comprehensive wrap-up during week 11, consolidating their newfound knowledge and skills.
Week 12: client report & final survey
- A final report is delivered to outline the progress of the program and workers provide feedback in a final coach review survey to ensure continued emotional health.
